Terms and Conditions

All drivers must be between the age of 18 to 71.
Drivers must have prior bike-riding experience; bookings may be canceled if deemed unsafe.
Helmets are mandatory for all drivers and passengers.
Lost or damaged helmets can be replaced; never ride without a helmet.
Valid Driver’s License is required; international license may also be necessary.
Bikes and helmets must be locked when not in use.
Park at designated areas; avoid private properties without permission.
Customers are responsible for valid travel documents and are encouraged to have travel insurance.

Bikes come with a full tank and should be returned the same way.
Switching to another bike is allowed within three hours of receiving the reserved bike.
Bikes must be returned on time; late returns may incur extra costs.
Notify Customer Care of any faults or unroadworthy conditions.
Bikes are strictly for road use; not suitable for off-road or beach riding.
GoBali is not liable for losses due to improper documentation or travel-related issues.
Alternative or upgraded bikes will be provided in case of unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery and pickup times are indicative; punctuality may vary.
If leaving the bike for collection without being present, take pictures and inform the hotel staff.

Online payments accepted via Visa, MasterCard, American Express
Prices are subject to change; the confirmed price is based on the booking.
100% rental fee must be paid before pickup/arrival.
Security deposit may be required; $500 authorization for non-insured rentals.
Credit card verification may be requested at hand-over.

Customer Care must be notified immediately of accidents; insurance does not cover certain circumstances.
Full damage deposit will be taken in the event of an accident until repair estimates are received.
GoBali is not liable for damage, loss, or injuries sustained during the rental period.
Drivers are responsible for tire damages; phone holder usage is at your own risk.

Payment remains and can be used at any time for changed trip dates or transfer to another person.

Bikes are not allowed off the main island of Bali.
Fines incurred will be cross-charged to the customer for speeding, red light violations, and helmet issues.
Free delivery and collection all over Bali for a minimum 3-day rental; $10 charge for Gilimanuk.

Proof of hotel and flight booking required.
Photo ID and payment of IDR 2,000,000 refundable security deposit for Indonesian local customers.
